General Event Venue Overview

We’re excited you want to host your event with us! Here is an overview of frequently asked venue questions.

  • We have four different areas that range from semi-private to fully private spaces and can accommodate events from 20 people to 300 people.

  • Yes, we do allow people under 21! We're a completely family-friendly and pet-friendly facility for our private events and in the taproom.

  • We require 50% of the Space Fee and a signed contract to reserve your date.

  • We have some food caterers we recommend but you are also more than welcome to provide your own caterer, food truck, or self-serve food.

  • The guaranteed set-up time is one hour before your party's start time. However, we’re flexible and you can set up earlier if the space isn’t being used.

  • Yes, you can bring in your own music, DJ, or entertainment if renting the West Warehouse or The Gallery

 

Private Events FAQ

    2 - Let's talk party details and figure out the best options for your event.

    3. Reserve your date by paying a deposit of 50% of the Space Fee.

    4. We will schedule a time for you to set up your party decor, food vendor, and more prior to your party start time.

    5. Relax and enjoy your party!

  • Yes, we do allow people under 21! We're a completely family-friendly and pet-friendly facility for our private events and in the taproom.

  • Yes we do. Our venue comes with tables and seating and games such as corn hole & jenga.

    We also rent amenities such as AV system (speakers, projector), TV’s etc.

  • If you have an outside food vendor, the vendor will cook outside and place the food inside on the table. Or your guests will go outside to pick up their food.

    Food burners are OK. You may bring soft drinks for your guests but we do not provide ice for them nor a cooler.

    No outside alcohol. Ever. Inside or in the parking lot. If you'd like to offer your guests wine there's an additional wine fee. (only available in 2 of our private spaces - The Gallery & The West Warehouse)

  • Yes! We can accommodate a caterer, food truck, or your own self-serve food. If helpful, we have a list of Friends Who Vend that we have worked with and highly recommend. You can also bring your own soft drinks for your guests. We do not provide plates, napkins, ice, or drinkware for the soft drinks you bring in.

  • No outside alcohol. Ever. Inside or in the parking lot. If you'd like to offer your guests wine there's an additional wine fee. (only available in 2 of our private spaces - The Gallery & The West Warehouse)

  • Absolutely! You may bring your own DJ or live music if you are renting the The West Warehouse or The Gallery. We can provide speakers, a stage, and a mic too. Please inquire.

  • We can provide a corn hole set and big Jenga. We also provide speakers you can use to plug in your playlist. However, you are welcome to bring your own games, entertainment, DJ, or band.

  • We guarantee a minimum of one hour of set-up time prior to your event. However, if the space isn't being used in the time leading up to your party you may be able to come in earlier.

    In some cases, you can drop off furniture the day before your event to cut back on set-up time on the day of your party.

  • Our space is a blank canvas that can be decorated to fit your specific party needs. All we ask is:

    • No confetti or glitter.

    • No holes in the wall.

    • Leave the room in the same clean condition as when you arrived.

    • Anything hung on the walls must be approved beforehand.

  • Our available hours for private parties are the same as our hours of operation.

    M 3pm - 10pm

    If you would like a party outside of these hours, please inquire.

  • We have our normal parking near the main entrance of the brewery with about 60 spots. There are more spaces located toward the west side of the property that can be used for your party.

  • We offer beer, seltzer, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks. If your event is in The Gallery or West Warehouse, we can offer wine for an additional fee.

  • Capacity for each room:

    The gallery - Great for ~100 guests mingling. 88 max seated.

    West warehouse - 100-300 guests mingling. 188 max seated without additional rented furniture.

    Launch pad- Max Capacity: ~30. The space can accommodate up to 45 guests for an additional fee.

    Beer oasis - Max Capacity: 60 guests mingling ~32 guests seated

  • Fiber Wifi. 1000 Mbps up and down. But most devices only get about 300 Mbps typically. The network is CommonSpaceGuest. The password is: Common42.

  • We supply tables, seating, high top tables and stools. We only provide glassware for the drinks we serve. Along with beer glasses (and wine if in a 100% private space - ie: The Gallery or West Warehouse). We do supply a water tower & water glasses.

    We do provide large trash cans and we will take them to the dumpster after your event. Please remove all items that you brought in for your event.

    We do not provide glassware for soft drinks.

    We do not provide utensils/plates/napkins.
