Compensation
Hourly wage of $16.50/hour
Pooled tips (tips currently average $30/hour).

Able to work within a close-knit team of fellow taproom servers, production team members, marketing and event staff, and management in a faced paced environment.
Job Duties
Make the Common Space Brewery (CSB) Taproom a kind and welcoming space for our guests, and ensure their experience is excellent
Greet and interact with guests promptly in a friendly and respectful manner
Answer guest’s questions about our beer and brewery
Follow all Taproom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Safe service of alcoholic beverages - Must have RBS certification
Daily cleaning, organizing and restocking of restrooms, taproom, bar, keg fridge, event areas, and outside areas at opening and closing
Bussing, cleaning spills, washing glassware, and restocking during service
Checking, cleaning, and restocking restrooms regularly
Operation of Toast Point of Sale (POS) system
Operation of our audio visual system
Follow the manager's direction in what job duties to be performed (bussing, serving, cleaning, etc.), and how to accurately meet the SOP and checklists.
Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools
Able to move 165-pound kegs, using appropriate techniques and tools
Work with poise in the fast-paced environment of a taproom with the ability to learn and troubleshoot on the spot
Evening, weekend and holiday availability required
Proof of completion of RBS course in accordance with ABC regulation within 30 days of hire
We are excited about any other skills you bring to the team, including, but not limited to:
Experience in the food & beverage, or events industries
Sales, marketing, or branding experience
Homebrewing experience, or cicerone training
Toast, or other POS system experience
Charitable work
Speaking multiple languages
