Bites & Bashes
Innovative. Bold. Fun! Julie and Crystal Coser are a mother-daughter duo that offers incredibly delicious cuisine by Cordon Bleu-trained chefs. The aesthetics and presentation of their culinary craft is meticulously beautiful.
Whatever your vision, they can compliment it perfectly. Trust us, they are really good at what they do!
Baserriko peppers
Baserriko Peppers is a pop-up catering company that specializes in Iberian, Mexican and South American cuisine.
Their approach is not quite a fusion but more of a gathering of flavors they grew up eating (Portuguese Lomo, Mexican Longaniza, Basque Abadejo PilPil, Brazilian Picanha).
Recently they expanded their menu to include sandwiches from: Uruguayan Chivitos, Portuguese Francesinha/Bifana, Mexican Tortas. They are RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!
